| Rooms
All
the 26 rooms have a telephone, a television, private bathroom
with shower booth. Since they were built out of the old rooms
of the Scacchis Palace, they are all characterized by some
common features while being very different from one to another.
The furnishing mirrors the old - fashioned Umbrian tradition
and it melts with the sober sixteenth - century architecture.
The windows, which give access to a wonderful view of the
green and peaceful valley, offer your eyes and ears a relaxing
Good Morning. |

Bar
A
very rich and complete buffet breakfast awaits you in one
of the most enchanting halls, where you'll find a big and
old - fashioned fireplace always lit during winter time. On
the opposite side, you'll be able to see the gardens and the
swimming pool beneath, thanks to a large glass window. |

The
Restaurant
Where
there used to be the cellars of the Palace, now there is a
fine dining room, which even during the hottest summer days,
keeps a nice, natural coolness that sets the right mood to
enjoy the the tasty flavors of the local cooking traditions.
We only use meats of our cattle that freely grazes on our
pasture; pecorino and ricotta cheese made out of their milk;
trouts bred in natural spring water, salamis produced according
to the traditional "norcina" way. Truffles, mushrooms,
Castelluccio lentils, together with spelt, wheat used yet
by the ancient Romans and still grown on our mounts, merge
our cooking traditions with the land that surrounds us. |

| The
swimming pool
Cozy and comfortable, the pool allows you to spend some relaxing
moments enjoying the sunshine within the peaceful Park of
Sibillini or you can take advantage of the benefits of an
invigorating swim. To quench your thirst, there is also a
little bar close to the pool to satisfy all your needs. |
