In winter time, on the vast plain whitened by the snow, you'll be able to practice cross - country ski race; you'll find in Forche Canapine, Frontignano and Monte Prata lifts and tracks for skiing. A 30 - minute - drive will lead you to Ussita, where you'll find one of the biggest and most beautiful skating - rink of the central part of Italy, where you can rent all the necessary equipment to start skating right away.
 
 
Also our rivers give you another chance to make your stay more pleasant. For those who love fishing, they may choose to drive up to the Nera river or they can opt for the little Campiano river, which takes its origin in the near Campi and passes through Preci, which offers great opportunities to catch trouts in its clear water.
  
 
For those who are a little more adventurous and interested in sports, there is now a new way of having fun with the river. There are some associations that plans some excursions kayaking or rafting.
